2. About 2K Clinical Consulting, Inc.
2K Clinical Consulting, Inc. is a clinical consulting company focused on helping organizations strengthen their inspection readiness, identify potential gaps, and prepare with greater confidence for audits, inspections, and regulatory review.
The information on this website is provided for general informational and business inquiry purposes. Use of this website does not create a client, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, legal, regulatory, or professional services relationship between you and 2K Clinical Consulting, Inc.
3. Website Information Is Not Professional Advice
The content on this website, including articles, resources, forms, scorecards, checklists, descriptions, and general guidance, is provided for informational purposes only.
Website content should not be relied upon as legal, regulatory, compliance, clinical, quality, audit, inspection, or professional advice. Your organization’s circumstances, obligations, systems, records, and regulatory responsibilities may vary.
You should consult qualified professionals and, where appropriate, legal, regulatory, quality, clinical operations, compliance, or other advisors before making decisions based on information found on this website.
4. Inspection Readiness Scorecard
Our Inspection Readiness Scorecard is intended to provide a general readiness snapshot based on the information and responses submitted by the user.
The scorecard is not a formal inspection readiness assessment, audit, regulatory review, compliance review, quality system assessment, legal opinion, or guarantee of inspection outcomes. Results are for informational purposes only and should be used as a starting point to identify potential areas that may benefit from further review.
2K Clinical Consulting, Inc. does not guarantee that any scorecard result accurately reflects your organization’s full inspection readiness, compliance posture, audit risk, regulatory risk, or likelihood of inspection success.
5. No Guarantee of Results
2K Clinical Consulting, Inc. may provide information, resources, consulting support, readiness guidance, or related services intended to help organizations improve inspection readiness and related processes.

6. Consulting Services and Separate Agreements
